I purchased the jobmonster theme. I am unhappy with the theme. Can I replace my jobmonster theme to Superio theme?

The total theme looks immatured. I am not happy with the admin and employer dashboard it is not detailed and doesn't have analytics. Also, I am unable to login even though I enter the right email & password, even after resetting the password. It is not even showing any error message and not taking me anywhere once I enter the correct email and password and recaptcha and sign in. Not much customization I can do in the packages. Lot of bugs. Site is also loading slowly. Can't download the resumes in pdf/word format. Can't download the applicant information in excel or can't see any dashboard. So many issues like this.... I came to the conclusion of replacing theme only after careful review and play around. Let me if I can replace the theme.
Expecting a reply for my message. Its been long time. I expect you to provide the support as promised while buying your theme.
