We also discussed with our developer carefully about your request. However, it is very difficult to enter the job category, location, etc in the center of job description. As our check, a job description will get all content together.
You can edit Job > then add Job location, type, etc in job content directly before publishing it. After that, lets us know, we will help you to hide job location, type, etc before.
