Thanks for getting back to us.
Currently, Jobmonster theme doesn't support this function yet. Therefore, if you want to make this additional function to your website, I will discuss with our developer to make a customization request then they can help you will an extra fee.
Please consider it carefully, then feedback us.
In addition, our company will have a summer holiday from Saturday to Monday, then we come back to work on Tuesday. If you have any questions, you can create new topics then we will check it later.

Firstly, if you have a new question, we think that you should create a new topic so we can control your question easily.
For your question:
1- Please go to Products> then open your package you will see the Download Resume Attach Files Limit then enter the number to it. Also, see this image: https://prnt.sc/o6qx17
2- You can go to Resumes and Jobs>Companies to see the resume and employer.
