Hi There!
I have two questions.
1. How can I show a second blog in a separate way?
I created a second blog with the Noo shortcode, but although I created it in a separate page and it is under a different menu when the original blog shows , the second comes as a category.
Is there a way, I can keep them apart?
2. What do I have to do to use Noo Counter to show the number of visitors I receive?

For your question:
1- You should enter the different name for your second blog instead of Blog name. Please check it again, then give us your admin account again then we will help you to check it.
In addition, please give us your second blog link also.
2- Currently, we don't support to count the visitors. In this case, we will discuss with our developer about it. If possible, they will help you with an extra fee.

It is very strange. Did you update our theme or plugin?
In this case, you need to translate it again then back up it.
There are 2 ways to keep your languages:
1- Copy your language files to {root}/wp-content/languages- this is the language files of WordPress so it will be kept when updating Jobmonster theme.
2- Write it to your Child Theme, you have installed the child theme in your website to use it.
Check it, then feedback us.
