    Hi

    I would like to reset the packs to 0 on certain companies following the deletion of the offer they happen to be able to republish without repurchasing a pack.

    Hi.

    We don't have the option to reset the package to 0. But you can create a new order for the company as you want.

    and directly in the database with PhpMyadmin because it's easy for me

    Hi.

    If you want to change the database, please check the table _usermeta and set the "_job_added" of the userid to 0.

    Please recheck it.
