How do I change the main button that says "Post a Job" to "Post a Company" in the main menu?

if you want change the main button that says "Post a Job" to "Post a Company" in the main menu, you can access link : http://wp.nootheme.com/docs/jobmonster/#how_to_rename_translate_any_word and follow the instructions steps in it. But when you change text, the function remains the same.

I appreciate the help, but that did not change anything. I changed the text in the Loco plugin and it did not change the text in the theme.

I created a Child Theme and custom for it.
