How to add short code to the footer

How do yo add short code for the contact form to be added to the Noo-footer column?

Hello, For the footer I have it set for 4 columns, http://www.vetcareertraxx.com. For the fourth column, instead of having an email for contact, I want to add the contact form to that area. I would like to add if possible the short cord for the form itself. I hope that helps.

Hi again

With probelm add short code  contact form in the footer, you can make follow bellow insctrution

Step1: Create 1 short code in Contact

Step2: Go to Appearance  -> Widgets  and you will see 4 widget footer

Copy short code in contact and paste it at widgets you want, as image bello:
