When I login my website in desktop view, I can view the favicon, but on the mobile devices it still shows the wordpress icon, pls help, thanks.
Hi,
I think this problem can be caused by two reasons:
- Browser cache: you can remove cached or try with anonymous browser.
- Overwritten by a plugin: You can deactivate each plugin to check it.

Hi, I already tried to deactivate all installed plugins, and when I refresh the site, your wordpress favicon appears, so I activate this plugin called "Favicon by RealFaviconGenerator" , it shows my favicon logo in desktop, but in mobile it doesn't. So I try to clear cache my browser and still, it shows wordpress favicon. I will be patiently waiting for your feedback regarding this matter.

Jobmonster doesn't generate this code. You can login Jetpack and check the option "Site icon" a gain.

Hi developers, should I login on Jetpack site https://jetpack.com/support/sso/ or I can locate this issue in the the wordpress itself, under the Jetpack dashboard plugin itself? do I need to just remove the html code favicon as shown in your screensshot?
Hi, I already login through the main wordpress page using this link...
I also done checking the site icon in wordpress settings, there is no favicon uploaded and when I try to upload, it proceeds me in the customizer of wordpress backend.
I notice that the only affected page (of wordpress favicon) in the jobmonster template was my homepage and the other pages has my uploaded favicon, and not the wordpress favicon.
When you only type at chrome (jobozuki) no "www." and ".com" using desktop/laptop: you will see the wordpress favicon as this link shown https://www.google.com/s2/favicons?sz=32&domain=https://jobozuki.com/

Please deactivate the cache plugin if you use.
Can you temporarily turn off the Jetpack plugin to check if the problem is from this plugin?
It doesn't have deactivate button, not like the other plugins see attached image below:
I searched it online and there's an image that I should turn of each switch on settings, is that right?

Hi tinhbeng, I really appreciate all the efforts you did. last time you we're asking for username and password of our wordpress account, I think you need the wp account that we used to purchase the template, am I right? is it fine if I send it here?
In fb messenger the supports are very responsive, I am really thankful of them.

And I check the "Favicon by RealFaviconGenerator" plugin, it was already deactivated, and I guess the wordpress favicon reappeared on our homepage site, and you just double check "customizer>site enhancer" to return our favicon.
deactivating the said plugin should have a chance to solve it, but the wp favicon stays, so we may deactivate each plugin again, but this time, one by one reactivate it, to see the plugin that causing it to show wp favicon in mobile view.
I will do it now to check, first I will list all the currently activated plugin, so that I will remember them 1 by 1.
as of now; we do have 17 active plugins, some of those cannot be deactivate.
I will do this now, and update you here in the comment section. also the support in fb messenger.
Is there still any option to just remove the html code manually? the one that displays wp favicon?

Hi, I already disabled plugins that are currently activated, but what happens was the website cant function well, and like broken site, leaving it inaccessible or you cant even login,etc. and when I check the favicon, it shows the WordPress Favicon everywhere.
It shows like, WordPress forum/support didn't do anything, they didn't help me at all. see this links below;

at the end of that topic they give a link for support in wordpress that you can seek for assistance, but it was the same forum, thats why they marked it was duplicate. should I just wait for their reply? If you review their replies, they just keep forwarding me to submit another topic, but when I do it, it was on the same forum so that they will remove. is there any remaining options like LiveChat support that wordpress has? Thanks.
Hi Tinhbeng, it's been a while, I already disable the CDN thing called as photon in Jetpack, it should disable using a switch button in site accelerator in the jetpack.

but still it shows the wordpress logo as favicon in mobile device view. is there any options that we can do?
