Hi,
1. Can I approve member portal access after his signup? I don't want candidate to access portal just after signup without verification. Is it possible?
Currently Jobmonster only has the confirm option via email:
You go to Jobmonster -> Settings -> Member -> http://prntscr.com/qx95hy
How can I remove resume details available in form which comes from "Post a Resume" button. Snapshot attached
You go to Jobmonster -> Settings -> Resume -> Scrolldown and uncheck the option that you want.
How can I add more field in Registration form. I have WP-members plugin but it is not reflecting fields I have selected in that. Is their any other way? I wanted to add contact details and address field in registration form. Snapshot attached
Jobmonster doesn't currently have this option.

Can you assist me with following questions?
1. I have created registration form available at page "https://genuinehires.com/registration/". Can you help me connect this registration page with Register button so that this page comes as "Sign-up popup" and default Registration page is disabled?
2. Why all the employer details are shown to candidates with every job? There may be some details which could be shown but all details are not for candidates but admin. How can I hide employer details from candidate while displaying job?
3. How can I remove job details (which is written in text format) in job application form?I want to disable that field or keep it empty.
4. I have created 3 pages for 2 user types.
i. Welcome page for any random user who have not logged in.
ii. About page as default page for employer
iii. Home page as default page for candidate.
Right now, when I log in as employer, it somehow shows "Welcome" as default page on "genuinehires.com" but it should be showing "About" page. Welcome page must be hidden for employer.
Please help me find answer to these questions.
Thank you
4 years, 9 months ago #1083939Hi,
1, Customizing your registration form may cause jobmonster to not function properly.
Jobmonster works with 2 types of users, equivalent to their rights -> Employer and Candidate.
The classification of functions for these two types of users is based on roles when they register.
The default registration form is built-in to the js library. So I can not help you in this matter.
2, You go to Customizer -> Job & Company -> Single Job -> http://prntscr.com/qxswia
3, You cannot leave this field blank. You can go to Jobmonster -> Settings -> Job -> Default Job Content -> Put 1 character here: http://prntscr.com/qxszv8
4, Currently, the Home Page and Welcome page have the same content.
You need to clearly distinguish this issue. The permissions you assign to the menu only affect the menu area. It does not affect other options.
I logined with user Employer and the welcome item does not appear (it still normal work).
Best regards,
tb.

In context to the last question, if you login as employer , you do not see Welcome page but when you click on Genuinehires icon or when u reload page again the default page it opens is "Home" page, which is iodeally for Candidate and not Recruiter.
When employer have logged in , he should only see About page always and shoudl never see Home/Welcome page!
please check
4 years, 9 months ago #1083948Currently, the Home Page and Welcome page have the same content.
The permissions you assign to the menu item and the Home page settings are completely unrelated.
The menu items will be hidden by user rights. But the Home page is a general option, it will be visible to all types of users.

As told by you, in Customizer -> Job & Company -> Single Job ->, I can enable or disable all company details for candidate. Is it possible to choose which company info to be shared with candidate ? Can I selectively share company Info with candidate?
Thank you

I have tried a few searches, but not find any plugin that supports different home page display according to user permissions.
You can create a home page and display content permissions for different types of users.

4 years, 9 months ago #1083987Hi,
Sorry, we do not currently offer custom services. We do not have enough manpower to help you update this problem.
Currently, you can use CSS to hide fields that you don't want displayed.

tb.

As told by you, in Customizer -> Job & Company -> Single Job ->, I can enable or disable all company details for candidate. You have told that from HTML, we can hide some contents which I do not want to show to applicants.
I need to hide Recruiter's email address and contact details from job seeker view. Details must be stored but not visible to candidates in company details. Which HTML file and what lines I have to modify? If you could do that for me it would be great, else point me to correct file and line no to modify! It is really important stuff.
Thank you
