I have 2 questions
1. How to attach both Post Resume and post Job button for Guest user?
I understand that I have make some modification in this file "/wp-content/themes/noo-jobmonster/framework/functions/noo-wp-style.php" but exactly what change? please specify!
2. When i see website in mobile view, I get search bar moves down, below image. Image attached for reference. How can i make it more organised as aesthetic?

I also find that my sub-menu is not visible in mobile view but I can see that in Desktop view. How can I enable that? Image attached for reference

You should first use the child theme for these customizations. If you customize the parent theme, it will be lost when you update the new version.

After you active Child Theme, you can add this function to the functions.php file of Child Theme (attachment)

I added these lines to Custom CSS:
@media(max-width: 992px){.sub-menu li.align-left{
float: none;
}
}

This is the job archive page (default job page ). WPBakery & Elementor currently only supports custom pages and single pages. You can create a custom job page and customize for it.
I want to add "job by categories", "Job by location" and "Job by Types" as short links in Footer.
You add the Noo Job to widgets "Noo Footer 1->4" and change settings for each widget

I think I have managed to setup child theme but I have few more silly issues.
In footer section, when I have attached job by location and job by category:
1. I cannot see all jobs from different locations already posted. It just pick on 1 job.Why?
2. Heading "job by location" and "job types" are not highlighted. How to do that?

2. I added these lines to Additional CSS:

color: #fff!important;
}

I need someone to give me second level of search bar for micro refining
Ex: Lets say at first level, out of total 10000 jobs available, we filtered 1000 jobs based upon Keyword,category and location.
I further want to apply micro filter on these 1000 jobs based on other criteria such as salary, interview location, etc. so that I could identify only 50 jobs based upon my exact requirements. I want the similar micro filtering in Resume search also.
So, to get this second kind of filtering, I need someone who could design this for me. Can you connect me with someone (in case available within your team) and relevant charges?
I need it quick so please help me in this.

1. Yellow color in login button even when theme have Green color
2. in mobile view, center text and search bar is shifted much below the wallpaper

1, Search issue: Please uncheckbox this option in WP Content Private plugin
2, Text issue: I addes some lines to style.css of Child Theme.

I have got update for my theme.
I have setup child theme as suggested by you but I need you to recheck whether I have made currect setup for same. I am asking you to check because I have lost my customization once for some reason and dont want it to happen again. So please check and give me go/no go!
