    Hi,

    I wonder how do I update this theme I have when I have customisation added to the theme?

    I wonder whether my customisation will disappear.

    Yes, when update theme, the custom code in theme will lose.

    Please swith your site to use child theme and move all file have custom code to child theme beacuse when you update theme, only parent theme will update and custom code in child theme not lose.
