1. With the recent property title, please go to edit the page and the Recent properties shortcode, you will see the title config to change. https://prnt.sc/mjyi04
2. With the advanced search field, you can use the Loco Translate to translate the field.
We also found the issue with the language folder on the theme, we have checked your site, found the folder Lingue. It can make the theme can't translate. If you do any custom with that folder. Please check it again.

To setup the language site, you can check the config at Settings/ General. After selecting the site language, it will get the correct theme language file.
Please check it again.
