Hello,
I literally just bought the theme and I already have a problem with the setup.
I need to have the navigation font Montserrat (as you have on your Demo site I guess) but it seems I cannot change it.
On the Configuration screen it looks like Montserrat but it's all caps for some reason. And no matter how many times I save it or empty the caches, on the real website it never changes.
Tested on Safari and Chrome.
BTW - the logo on Configuration screen is also shown in wrong size, unlike on the web. No idea why.
And Social Links in the Top Bar are on the left side while on the web they're actually on the right.
It's all messed up somehow.
Thanks for help.
David

Thanks for your feedback.
We are so sorry for the late response because we spent a lot of time to check this issue.
When choosing the position to display social on the Top Bar, you should the Top Bar Layout exactly. Also, see this image: https://prnt.sc/ngzthu
Please check, then feedback us.

5 years, 7 months ago #1073175Well, social links is not my main concern.
It is the logo and the main navigation bar.
Check the screenshots - my logo is 250x44px - in Customizer it shows correctly but on the live page it's totally messed up and pixelated and blown up.
Social links - I've got only 2 of them. Surprisingly they show up on the right side (correctly) on live web but in the Customizer I still see 4 of them. And I still see your Hotline phone although I've changed it already to my own.
And the navigation menu font is still wrong! I've got Montserrat chosen but not all caps.
I don't believe I'm having trouble with such a basic things. It never happened to me before and I'm running 10 webs on 8 different themes.
Good thing I've paid for 1 year support because - unfortunately - it seems I'm going to need it.

Sorry for the late response.
We have checked your site again. The logo, menu font navigation... As I see, everything is fine. When you change the config at the customizer, it will render the CSS to custom.css file. I think your site, browser cache that file, so you can't see the change.
When you change anything, if you have the cache, please clear your site and fresh the page to see it again.
Please check it and let us know again if you still have the issue.
Thanks.
5 years, 6 months ago #1073300Hello.
Still not fixed.
Check the enclosed images - in Customizer everything seems to be fine with new accent color for the hover links.
Yet on the real site the main color is still yours - the yellow one.
I've cleared the caches like million times and tried it in both Safari and Chrome.
D.

For your question: We also got access to your website and checked this issue but we don't see any issue. Please see this image: https://prnt.sc/njdc9u
Please check it again, then let us know if you still need to help.

5 years, 6 months ago #1073558Hello,
It seems to be working right now.
However - I would like to ask you for a refund. I am not able to work with your theme under these conditions.
There are many problems I am encountering as not being able to see all the pages the way they will look on the finished site & not able to see all the Candidate backend, for example. Please see my topics on your ThemeForest's Discussions.
It is also not possible for me to wait over a week for your support to fix such a trivial problem as the header settings etc. I had to let my client wait for a week for the very first website check/presentation and I still had to present it with the header not fixed.
I am very worried how it might go in the future - and although I've paid for the year-long support it is just not acceptable under these conditions.
Please let me know if I should proceed through the ThemeForest Refund Request page or not.
Thank you for understanding.
Regards,

Thanks for your feedback.
Firstly, we are so sorry if you aren't satisfied with our theme and our support services. We are always hard-working to support our clients as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, your questions gave when we were offline for a long national holiday in our country. Therefore, we cannot require our supporter to work. Hopefully, you can understand it.
We also understood your worry but please trust us. If you have any question, please let us know. We will try to give you the best solution soon.
Thanks for your understanding.

5 years, 6 months ago #1074040Hello,
I am sorry but I really cannot work with your theme - many things don't make sense at all.
I still don't get why I am forced to be logged in as an Employer. This way - if I want to see Candidate's back end - I'd have to create another login just to check it, then log out and log back in as Employer, make adjustments, log out and log back in as Candidate and so on. Or I could have two different browsers opened, logged in each of the as Candidate and Employer and keep switching between these two. No sense at all.
I've checked with some other developers meantime and none of their job portal themes has such a strange solution. With all the other themes - as they say - I will be able to see and modify ALL the pages while building the site.
Your documentation page - that's another problem. The menu in the right sidebar. If you think it is working as it should then do this: click on section Extra and when it shows you the content on the left side of the page, try to click on Theme Customizer section in the menu. Well? If I'm not mistaken you have to scroll all the way down just to see it. The menu in the sidebar does not scroll - only the main content scrolls. Again - doesn't make sense at all.
Your support - while I understand the holiday thing (we have them here, too), you are running a business. And your customers sometimes need a help as soon as possible - because they work for own their clients. And it is just not acceptable to wait for a rather simple solution for such a long time. I've never been through such problems with any other developer/theme/website in the last five years. I work as a designer and my clients don't care whether it is holiday or weekend or my own birthday. If needed I have to work all the time. That's unfortunately the problem with a business like this.
I would still like to receive a refund - let me know how to proceed.
Thank you.

>> Jobmonster theme is a website for the employer and candidate. They are 2 separated roles. This website is used for a job website that employer can post job, the candidate can post a resume and find a job. Non-client provide us complaints as you. It seems that this is a reason you gave when you want to give a refund.
We are really sorry but we don't return your money because it is inconsequential. We think that when you considered carefully before buying our theme. In addition, checking our demo website, you understand the activity of Jobmonster website so there is no reason to return your money.
We are so sorry for this inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.
Best Regards.

5 years, 6 months ago #1074276Hello,
I understand clearly what purpose the Jobmonster theme has - that it is designed for two different roles: Candidate and Employer. I understand that each of these roles must have different login, different backend and different purpose.
But I am talking about me building a website. I am neither an Employer nor a Candidate. I am a designer. I need to be able to see all the pages from both Employer and Candidate without constant logging out and logging in.
Is this so hard to understand? And it is nowhere to find on your theme's page that it does not have this basic funcionality.
I've contacted five other job portal themes' developers and all of them confirmed that in their themes the website designer is able to see, check, modify and/or change all the pages from one admin login: that's how it's supposed to be.
I've also gotten into some trouble already with my client couple of weeks ago - not because of the holiday in your country but because you weren't able to help me on time with absolutely basic problem with the header. I cannot risk my own job if problems like this persist in the upcoming year. This was a rather trivial problem, and I cannot invest mine and my client's time into the website as complicated as this if we cannot rely 100% on the quick and professional support. I am sorry.
My refund claim is actually more about your support than the theme itself.
Thank you for understanding.
I would still appreciate the good will and the refund. Thank you.

Thanks for your feedback.
Currently, in Jobmonster theme, you can still use the administrator role to edit everything in your site without login/ logout employer or candidate role. All activities of them are included in the Dashboard.
We are really sorry but we cannot return your money because it is out of Envato policy.
We are so sorry for this inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.
Best Regards,
