Hello, I have installed the ivent theme. Since the legal situation in Germany is critical towards googlefonts I would like to exchange or retrieve them from my server. Unfortunately, in the css file the command of a standard font has had no effect and the googlefont checker still tells me that fonts are loaded from google.
can you help me to disable them

You can disable the Google font loading in our theme by removing the source code in this file:
wp-content/themes/noo-ivent/includes/functions/noo-enqueue-css.php
But the fonts.googleapis.com also loads from the 3rd plugin as WPBakery page builder, revolution slider. I am afraid you can't disable all the fonts required from the 3rd plugin.
Please recheck it.
