Hi , how is possible to disable both Google and Bing map requests from the site? seems that they have a lot of delay to the load of the website and we will not use them as well for any reason

You can try to add this function to the functions.php of Child theme:
function map_dequeue_script() {
wp_deregister_script( 'google-map' );
wp_deregister_script( 'google-map-custom' );
wp_deregister_script( 'google-map-infobox' );
wp_deregister_script( 'google-map-markerclusterer' );
wp_deregister_script( 'location-picker' );
wp_deregister_script( 'noo-job-map' );
wp_deregister_script( 'noo-resume-map');
wp_deregister_script( 'bing-map-api');
wp_deregister_script( 'bing-map');
}
add_action( 'wp_print_scripts', 'map_dequeue_script' );

This is a very good point from @Marios857, I also see tremendous delay caused by bing and google maps.
Nootheme, could you please condsider adding an option in the settings to disable maps completely? Thanks!
