You can use Loco Translate plugin then translate these texts to your texts. Because they are contained in our language file.
In addition, you can go to JM Jobmonster > Custom Fields> Resume then disable Highest Degree level like this image: https://prnt.sc/nh0wsp

Because your logo is too large on mobile device, that's the reason why you got this issue.
In this case, please add this Custom CSS segment to Customizer > Addition CSS to fix it:
@media(max-width:768px){
.navbar-brand .noo-logo-mobile-img{
max-height:85px !important;
}
}
Please check it, then feedback us.

while checking the SITE performance on GTmetrix the yslow score is following down due to attach JS and not cookie free content.

We have checked and fixed the issue with heading page on the mobile.
With the yslow check, I found some article about that. Maybe it can help you config and optimize the site.

hi Tracy,
On your suggestion i have installed pLugin LOCO and replace one of the text "I am Candidate looking for Job" to "I am Driver looking for Job".
but same is not getting effected in Website.
after going again in loco i see Driver properly.

Because when we used Loco Translate plugin, it changed before: https://prnt.sc/noopkg
In this case, please tell us which file did you change?
In addition, please provide us with your FTP account - this is an ount which we can have access to your source code. You have just given us your admin account.

You forgot to give us your hostname so please send us it. In the meaning time, you can try to go to {root}/\wp-content\themes\noo-jobmonster\layouts\forms\register-social-form.php line 26 then change this text directly in the source code. Also, see the attached image below.
