While choosing for forgot password reset, users getting reply as "The email could not be sent". (Screenshot attached)
Second thing, I have activated all email templates, though I am not receiving any mail.

I think that problem because email function on your hosting not work, you can use Test Email plugin to check email functions on your hosting and sure it is working.
