We are so sorry for the late response because we are so busy in the last time.
For your question:
1- We spent a lot of time to check this question. However, currently, we don't support to extend the package time after a user bought it.
2- You can go to Agent& Membership > Open your package then change Package Interval option to set the duration time of this package.
