Error when moving website to new hosting platform

Hi

I recently moved a website from one hosting provider to another. The website has been live and working AND looking correct on desktop and mobile. I backed up the WordPress site and the database  and restored both on the new provider but when I went to the website the layout had changed. The top header was right justified all content apart from the slider was entered in the screen. See attached image.

I can't find any setting within the theme to correct the layout. the url is https://copsclub.org.uk to see it in action. Any suggestions? Has anyone had a similar problem when moving their site?

The issue with the widget Instagram, we don't use that widget to get the Instagram feed.
