Hi, on the page of the property is this notice coming out instead of the details of each property, what can I do to solve it?

Hi, Now i have and other FATAL ERROR in the page of property:

Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in /home1/imptec/mifinka.com/wp-content/themes/noo-palazzo/realty-portal/property/single-property/sub-listing.php on line 13

How can I fix this?
