Dear Ma'am,
I don't know whether you do it intentionally or done by mistake in coding of your site. But every time you update your site it creates problem. Last time it was upgraded, but I noticed this time. Your Box Site layout shows error and does not displayHEader Title background image and also the background color of the site see the printshot in details.
BAckground color and image is coming when putting of catching module. But still Header Image is not coming in Box Layout on all pages of the site.
I prefer to make my site Full Width rather in Box Layout but it is better to check and rectify the Header Image in Box Layout which is not working.
