For another issue, it comes from the Goodbye captcha plugin.

For the Goodbye captcha plugin, this is a warning message. You still can use the plugin.

Yes, you can add the code to the wp_config.php file to hide the warning message:

define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY',false);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);

Please recheck it.
