Email Verification not working

Hi,

Just started to work on my site marinersconnect.com.  I check the option to verify the email confirmation. But when i register new account(candidate/employer) it just direct to the member area.

- The admin can able to receive the email notification upon the new user registration.

-The user himself can able to receive the confirmation email (Congratulation! You've successfully created an account on [MarinersConnect]......)

- installed the plugin easy wp smtp and checked too

 

Please guide me to solve the issue.

Hi,

Thanks for your quick response.

Yesterday it didn't work for me even after disabled some newly activated plugins. But when i checked it this morning it works great. Hope might be some cache issue.
