1- TopBar: Firstly, you can go to Customizer > Header > NavBar Top then turn on this. However, it doesn't fully support as your desired so please find the third-party plugin to help you put the time or you can find the freelancer developer to help you customize our theme.
In addition, you can add this Custom CSS segment to Customizer > Custom Code > Custom CSS to change the top bar background:
.noo-topbar{background-color:#4cadc9 !important;}
Change for your suitable color.
2- Please install Loco Translate plugin to translate our language file.
3- Can you provide us with your website's URL, admin account privately? Because we will help you to hide the categories on your site directly.

I already inserted the css sent, did the translation with the plugin informed but the word is still appearing in the English language: LEARN MORE, I would like to change to LEARN MORE, can you do that?
