Hi team,
my website it's a job portal for one company only. The registered employers are departments. Each team leader of each department will take care of the applications regarding their department and only Human Resources is able to publish jobs. HR is able to control everything as admin to check if there's no open applications or messages to answer. In short terms, this is the main functionality.
What I would like to do is this:
- Human resources are the ones that control job applications for the job opening called "Spontaneous Application". I know that with this theme, a person who creates a resume it's already a spontaneous application, and a company that would want to find a resume could search for one. The thing is, the way I made the theme work that it's not a viable option because, in the list of resumes, I couldn't tell who already made an application for an open job or those who only created a resume.
So I created an open job called spontaneous application to force people to always apply to something, So we always have the option to control an application (Accept or Reject). As I said human resources control these applications, but the company it's spread throughout the country, applicants are able to choose between a lot of places, so human resources as to find good applications and send them to each branch so team leaders of those branches can evaluate those applications.
The problem: Distribute applications for a vacancy called "Spontaneous Application" to other companies (in our case, departments) registered on the website in an easy way.
So I'm here asking you for a little help, pointing me out a direction that I could follow so I could solve this equation. At the moment human resources, every time that sees a good resume, copies the resume URL and sends it by email. But we would like to use only the website.

Hi,
Jobmonster does not currently have this function. Currently I can only give this option:
Each of your departments corresponds to an user employer . The HR department will have account information for these departments. And when one of your departments needs to recruit personnel, the HR department will post a job with this department's account and when the user applies to that job -> This department can directly view without HR department resources the record distribution.
