I just bought your theme, but I have a few questions after purchasing it.
Is this a one-time purchase?
Can this theme be modified to suit my needs or business services?

1. For the property/ house for sale/rent, yes, our theme supports the function to create a property for sale/rent from the front end.
2. For the building materials, you can use WooCommerce to sell the materials.
3. For the customer request, we have the contact form at the property details to send the request.
