Hi,
I need your help in the below issues:
1- LOGO: doesn't fit, how to make it fit ? (see image 3)
2- How to change the wording from 'Something about company' to something else ? (see image 3)
3- I am using WP all Import for importing companies, however the custom field "_industry" is not imported properly. The first word from the dropdown list is selected for all. (see image 1-2-3)
Thank you for your quick reply,
Gaelle

Thanks for contacting us.
1- We also got access to your website then found that you have used an image no background.
In the top, there is a gray background so it will be overlayed to your logo, that's the reason why your logo has a gray background. Similarly, on the right side, it will get a white background.
Please check it again.
2- You can use Loco Translate plugin then translate Something about company text to your language.
3- Can you provide us your file, we will try to import it in our website and check your issue.
Thank you.

1. We have cropped the logo, if you want to get the full logo as the user upload, it needs to change the source code.
2. We have changed that word on your site.
3. We have checked your company import before, the company industry still appears, please check it again.
Please check it again.
Thanks.
4 years, 1 month ago #1072626Hi jackie,
For the industry, the problem remain the same: on the frontend the industry is correct, but in the backend it's the first one ifrom the dropdown list that is selected. Which is problematic because in case we do any modification on the backend the industry switch to "accounting". Could you please fix ?
See attached pictures.

4 years, 1 month ago #1073466Hi,
Sorry for the delayed reply.
You can enter the "Company Industry" field data as shown below and try again.
Note: You should back up the data before import the company.
Best regards,
tb.
