The string in the shortcode is the encoding of the WPBakery. You can’t translate that string, it will doesn’t work when you change the code.
For the dropdown list on the search form, please give us your site admin account. We will help you debug that issue.

I have checked your website and the source code, you can't translate the shortcode via the string translate option of WPML. For some shortcodes, it doesn't show the shortcode content as the string to translate. It will decode the config.
