I found the problem Thank you, needed to add a user to the job to show the contact form in the sidebar.
I have another question :
1/ how can I edit the Signup form popup?
2/ How to edit the contact form in the sidebar?

Sorry for delay reply, the register form and contact form is hard code. The Jobmonster not support customize it, If you want more data of memeber, you can add fields for Employer and Candidate profile field via use Custom fields in Jobmonster.
