Closing Date is not taking Expiration Date as it claims when it leave it blank

Adding a Job Expiration Date then leaving the Closing Date blank to use the Expired date does not take it as it claims in the instructions:

Closing Date

Set a date or leave blank to automatically use the Expired date

Thanks for getting back to us.

In the Job listing, the open date and closed date will be displayed. Therefore, when you left Closing Date job blank, the only Open Date job is displayed >> it is right.

In addition, we also make an option, which you can turn on/ turn off expired jobs on your website. For instance, a job was expired, however, it still displays on your site depending on your configuration. That's the reason why we don't use Expired Date job to display on Job Listing.
