Changing Members background picture and color of hover for hyperlinks

Hello, My site is http://vetcareertraxx.com/member/manage-job/

I was wondering how to change the background picture for this section. It seems that I have done so in the past but can not seem to figure out how to do it again.

 

Also how do you change the color of the hover for the hyperlinks in the bottom footer. When hover over them, they match the background color and get washed out.

1. can you send me admin account (Set as private) ?

2.if you want to change the color of the hover for the hyperlinks in the bottom footer, You just need to add the code below : 

.wigetized .widget a:hover, .wigetized .widget ul li a:hover, .wigetized .widget ol li a:hover, .wigetized .widget.widget_recent_entries li a:hover {

color: red;

}

Thanks for contacting us. 

1. You delete the current member page

2. you create a new member page

3. Select the new image in the Heading Background Image section

4. Then set the shortcode

5. Finally, publish

Would I have to do this everytime I want to change the BG image?  Also what is the the shortcode for the page?
