Hello I am trying to change the header image in the Organici template Our Story Page and I still cannot change it.
If I inspect the element this is a section header with the image link but I cannot change the header image in the page or in settings.
What am I missing?
Hi I have also included the css
.noo-page-heading.has_breadcrumbs {
background-image: url(http://mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/heading.jpg)!important;
}and still nothing

Please edit this page then you will see Page Settings > Heading Background Image > Upload your image to change the header background of this page. Also, see this image: https://prnt.sc/odwbcz

Thanks for the reply, I have already uploaded this image in the header section called heading.jpg and also created the css at the top and still no image. (I have checked from a different browser for image cache issues)
the only thing that may be different is I have left header as default in customiser as I didn't want to mess with anything.
Any thoughts?

Thanks for your feedback.
You should upload a header image as we guided above without using a Custom CSS segment. It is better.
Our story is a separated page so it isn't affected by Customizer so please provide us with your website's URL and admin account privately then we will check this issue.
