Firstly, please update our theme to the newest version then check the issue again. After that, please provide us your FTP account (an account which we can use to get access your source code), our developer will debug your issue soon.

Thank you for your e-mail. I need a little bit of time to learn about child themes before updating to your newest version (like you suggested in a separate ticket).
Regarding FTP account: what information do you need? When I log into my host, it shows me that I have 0 (zero) FTP accounts, but 4 Special FTP accounts. Do you need all of the information below "Special FTP Accounts"? Please see attached.

You should provide us with your special FTP account which you have used to get access to your source code. However, firstly, we think that you should update our theme and check the issue again. After that, you should give us your information correctly then we will check your issue again if you still get it.
