When users submit resume, they select CATEGORY and LOCATION, but when click publish button they have not any category neither location. They cannot modify it with EDIT button.

If you use plugin WP Backery Page Builder, you should deactivated 2 plugin "Elementor" and "Jobmonster Elementor Addon".
