Candidate add Location get rid of taxonomy location

Hi guys,

I need to know how I can let candidate input the location if it is not present on my taxonomy list and how can let google auto suggestion on the resume form and job post form.
I can tell that it is a really good theme but the bad point is the problem with the location, it should be auto suggested at list.

However can you change the theme from using taxonomy location to only use google auto suggest as every big job board do? give me a price please
