Is it possible to show the Post a Job button and the Create Resume button only when you are logged in?

Thanks for getting back to us.

1- If you want to employer and candidate logged in your website then see a page including the post job and post resume button also.

You absolutely build a page using WP Bakery shortcode (this page includes 2 buttons) then go to JM Jobmonster> Settings > Member> Redirect to Page after login > then choose your page.

2- If you want to have 2 separated pages. That means:

- An employer logged in your website, a page(only post job button) shows. Similarly, a candidate logged, a page with post resume button shows only. In this case, our developer will help you with an extra fee.

Please check, then feedback a way which you want to make.
