Hi,
We've started to get the warning in Site Health that there is a critical issue with "Autoloaded options" (screenshot attached). This has never come up before. It is occurring when I test the Parent Theme as well as our Child Theme. The Parent Theme is version 4.8.2. The site is very slow to load, too. The "first time to bite" is around 7 seconds. We haven't changed anything on the site/theme/plugins etc. It is the same on both the live site and the staging site.
Any advice, please?
Many thanks!

Please provide us with your staging site info. We will access your site to help you check the issue.

I have installed the "Advanced DB Cleaner" and Sweep plugin to help you check and optimize the database.
The "Autoload options" issue has been fixed. https://prnt.sc/HRTph0yKJH0P
Please recheck it.

1 week, 6 days ago #1222829Unfortunately we have lost a lot of vital data from our database and now our resumes are missing critical information like their proffered location etc. I don't know if you took an update before sweeping the database? I am not seeing one in our backup plugin.
1 week, 6 days ago #1222831I have pin-pointed the problem to this: all job locations that don't currently have a job vacancy assigned to them have been removed. So that is most of them. I need to know which table in th edatabase these locations are stored in, so that I can simply reinstall them from an earlier backup, so we don't lose all the changes users have made over today. We have around 1000 visitors a day, so we can't afford to lose any changes made over the time I have been trying to fix this today.
1 week, 6 days ago #1222832So the locations are in wp-terms. There are only 14 showing instead of 147. There are other categories missing. We have restored the wp-terms table only, in the hopes of not losing any changes users have made today; the data is in the database but the website is not reading them. I have manually imported wp-terms via phpmyadmin and the website still isn't reading these locations in wp-terms. I have disabled plugins, reverted to the default theme and reactivated JobMonster - nothing gets this working. I can add new locations but they are not attached to exiting jobs or existing resumes, so that solves nothing for us. I can delete and manually re-add a location and it does not display in the front end. God knows what you have done to our website! We are going to have to lose all of a day's changes our users have made because of this. Tomorrow is Monday and we have staff starting work and no working website for them to use. This is enough to bring our business down. I am beyond disappointed at the slap-dash attitude you have taken to raiding our database with a "clean up" plugin without letting us know prior so we could take the necessary steps to protect our website and customer data. I am now facing a night time awake trying to fix this shambles before 9am tomorrow morning!
1 week, 4 days ago #1222835Hi.
I’m truly sorry for the stress and disruption this issue has caused to your site. The only action performed on your website was running the Sweep plugin to clean up the database and expired transients.
I hope your server has a recent database backup available. If you need help or want to check the affected tables, please let me know, and I will assist immediately.
Regards.
