Hello, we are having free website for employers and candidates to use. but we do know want to have fake accounts and we want to verify the employers and candidates if they register in our site. to avoid any fake accounts.
We are not using any packages, as our site will be free, but we want to approve the profile before they able to use it? how we can do that.

We have only the option to require email confirmation when new users register. That can help you avoid the fake email.
If you want to avoid the fake application, we have the option to require admin approval.
Please recheck it on JobMonster/ Settings/ Member.
