Adjustment to Manage Applications Page

Hi,

I'm wondering if it's easy to make the following modification to the Manage Application page? We're finding that a number of employers are not finding the resume attachment in the row for each candidate that has applied for their job! Is it possible to make the candidate's name a clickable link through to the candidate's resume (in the way the job title links through to the job)? That way, employers can just click on the candidate's name to view their resume.

Dear, if you want add resume link for Canidate name in Employer application, please switch your site to use Jobmonster child theme then add custom code in file functions.php of child theme
