    Is it possible for employers to ask 2 or 3 questions, which applicants must answer within a designated text box?

    This would be instead of a cover letter.

     

    Also, is it possible for applicants to record a video within the job application to include along with their resume?

    Again, instead of writing a cover letter.

    Hello.

    For the application, you can add a custom field for the application form as the question, the field label is the question.

    For the application form, we only support the file upload or embedded video. The applicant should record a video before applying.
