We also checked this issue on our website carefully then realized that's also our issue.
In case, our developers are checking it then we will add it to the next version of Jobmonster theme. If you want to quick-fix, please give us your website's URL & admin account also. After this issue is fixed, our developer will override it to your website.

We are so sorry for the late response because we took part in a long national holiday in our country so we cannot help you during that time.
For your question: Our developer has got access to your website but it seems that you have changed it. In addition, please check your c-panel account because when they got access to it, Jobmonster theme doesn't contain in here.
Please help us to check your information carefully then send us again.

This was our issue and our developer fixed it. After that, we will add it to the next version of theme.
if you want to quick-fix, please create a new topic, then give us your website's URL, admin account and FTP account privately via checking Set as private reply checkbox. We will help you to check it.

I am facing the same issue and it is now headache, kinldly let me know how to fix it. when try to click on password reset l I am receiving a 404 error on the password reset screen.

Please make sure that you have used the latest version of Jobmonster theme because this issue was fixed then it was added to the newest version too.
If you still cannot solve it, please create a new topic then provide us with your website's URL and admin account privately then we will check your site directly.

Hello friends. Two things need to be done to resolve the failure in the reset password process. First go into JobMonster settings and place in the Subscriber Management Page field a page containing the shortcode [noo_member_account]. The other step is to enter WooCommerce settings and change the Lost Password field in the advanced settings tab from lost-password to forgot-password. This solved the reset password process for me. Our friends at Job Monster support are very busy and take a long time to help us.
