The Footer is composed of two parts that are Footer Columns or Widget area and Footer Bottom. Thus, now you can guess that you will have to use not only Customizer but also Appearance>Widgets to make adjustments to the Footer.

Drag Noo Information widget on the left side to this sidebar> click triangle icon on the right side of the widget > complete options > Save
Drag Custom Menu widget on the left side to this sidebar> click the triangle icon on the right of the widget> complete options (select About menu that is created in Appearance> Menu) > Save
Drag Custom Menu widget on the left side to this sidebar> click the triangle icon on the right of the widget> complete options (Select Account menu) > Save
Drag Noo Instagram widget on the left side to this sidebar> click the triangle icon on the right of the widget> complete options > Save
