The Footer is composed of two parts that are Footer Columns or Widget area and Footer Bottom. Thus, now you can guess that you will have to use not only Customizer but also Appearance>Widgets to make adjustments to the Footer.

Drag 2 Text widgets on the left to this sidebar> Click the triangle on the left of the widget > complete options > Save.
Drag Text and Noo Mailchimps widgets on the left side to this sidebar> Click the triangle on the left of the widget> Complete options> Save.
Drag Custom Menu widget on the left side to this sidebar > Click the triangle on the left of the widget > Complete options > Save

Title: Enter a title here
Select Menu: Choose a menu in the drop-down list and this menu is created in Appearance> Menus
