In some cases (not always) when someone apply for a job through our website, uploads the file and send the application the employer does not receive any file, although the file set to mandatory.

Posts: 73Ok, i Understand, the issue is not with the apply button dear.
In some cases when someone apply, the application is completed for the candidate, but the attachment is missing when the application is delivered to the employer.
also note, for the jobs i shared with you, both of them received bunch of applications, all good, except 1 application for both of them was missing the attachments, even if you apply, its not necessary that your attachment will be missing, as this happens sometimes not always.
Yes, we have checked your application, all your applications have attached files.
We also check the application form for the job, it still required the upload CV file before sending the application. I'm not sure about that. If you still have the issue, please let us know again.

Yes, I see that. Can you clone the website to another server and give us that site info? We will check that issue on the clone to avoid an effect on your customer.

as you saw simply some CVs are not delivered through job application, this is causing problems for us and we are losing more users because of this.
please find something to work with, we have no other option than your help in this.

3 missing attachments in page 7, 4 missing attachments in page 9... etc.

I still don't know why it can't save the application attached file of some candidates. Do you contact the candidate to ask for the file attachment type or the step-to-step application for the job? Maybe I can know some issues from the file type or name.

Or maybe because of the server not being able to handle the all the requests at the same time.
this is happening during a traffic spike, so i will upgrade the server.
