Hi Support
My users are trying to reset their password for their accounts but the website is stuck in a password loop.
I can receive the password reset emails ok but the link from the email isn't directing to the password page.- I have contacted my hosting provider and they have confirmed that it's not a caching issue from their end.
- I have disabled all of my plugins except for WooCommerce and it's still not working.
- [WORKING] I have disabled my child theme and went back to the Twenty Twenty-Two theme and it's working!
- I enabled the Job Monter theme directly and it's NOT working.
It appears to be an issue with the Job Monster theme stopping the password page to appear from the password reset email link.
Can you please let me know how we can get this working?

Yes, we have checked your site and found that issue with the reset password function. It uses the reset function of WooCommerce, not from us. That why it has the issue. Please give us your FTP account. We need to debug the source code.
