Posts: 26Hi. we 3 problems with the theme that doesn´t let us work well.
first problem:
Our users cant add more that 1 work experience and 1 academical/study experiencie. When they save their CV profile with the info only appears 1 of each field filled up, the rest of the fields with their experience working and studying dissapears.
second problem:
We dont know how to add different product packs. Actually each employer can add 25 job vacancies because we are testing the platform... how can we aloud to employer nº1 only add 2 job vacancies (free pack) and to the employer nº2 add 10 job vacancies (premium pack)?
If a employer pays it should be able to add more offers, we need to personalize it.
Third problem:
Is there any possibility to add a "thank you" page to each new user? It would be very useful to show them a short "FAQ" video or link them directly to the CV profile edit or to the job offers.

Dear, I see your site still use Jobica old version. Please kindly update Jobica Theme on your site to latest version 1.2.12 then check your site again and tell for me if your problem still not resolved.

I dont know how to send a private message. In your profile does not appear any option to do it.
The first problem is solved, but we still have the second problem. I dont know how to personalize the employers, I would like to make 1 employer have the option to load 3 vacancies and other 5 (for example) but does not appear any option to do it manual.
I only have the general option (all employers to add 1 vacancie or 5.. but all the same).

Also Im not sure if the job alerts are working. Many people has them active but anyone replies that are working. I tried them with some fake profiles and I dont receive any email with the job alerts.
Dear, for your problem you need change Post Job action on your site to 'Employer with paid package' in menu 'Jobmonster -> Settings -> Action Control'
Then go to WooCommerce product and add new product type 'Job Package' and you can change package 'Job posting limit'

Okey, I added employer with paid package... but as an administrator how can I modify a employer job posting limit? I want to add manually to a employer 10 and to other 5, without paying. And i only can modify all at the same time.
I understand that your way is for "buying" more job postings, but I dont want that, is difficult for users.
Isnt any way to do it manually?

Meanwhile, I need answer to this questions:

2 . Some users are having problems to reset their password, when they forgive the pass and recover appears a message which says that they cannot receive the reset email. To help them the only possibility is to auto reset the pass via admin. Theres any way to look this?
3. Is there any way to filter candidates/users according to their location, working areas... etc. We would like to do it to personalize mailings to this users.
