I just purchased the WeMusic theme, ran the import and somehow the contents doesn't look anything like your demo site.

Sorry for the late response.
Because this at the weekend and we don't work. We have checked your site but have the issue with an FTP account. We have an issue with FTP account permission, it doesn't let us change the file.
Also your site response the message "Error detected by Application Firewall. Please contact support if you have any questions." when I'm trying to remove/ install some plugin.
Please help us check and let us know again.

Please contact support if you have any questions.". Do you know why when we change your site via the back-end, it response the message?
I think the issue from your hosting.

Please make sure the demo work and all images, menu and stuff work.
I want to be able to just go in and take out what I don't need and modify text as needed.

5 years, 7 months ago #1071634Yes, with the dummy data, we use the placeholder image to reduce the site install. When you using the site, you can change the image as you want. You also can get the image from our demo for your site.
That is the reason you will see the placeholder image on your site.
