Hi, Thank you for your themes work, but I'm not satisfied with Jobmonster theme. I purchased the Jobmonster theme as it says it has 9 demos to choose from, but unfortunately, there is only one demo available. Plus the theme needs a lot of work to customise the logo site with different pages! the logo site is not constant and I have to spend time with CSS customizations. Therefore I would like to ask for a refund, please.

It sould be great if you could explain a way to import any of the Demos. I can only import one and it is very simple and missing a lot of pages.

Thank you for your reply, yes I checked the demo carefully before buying it and it says "... homepage demos in minutes thanks to one-click demo importer. There are up to 9 demos option for users can choose the best suitable with your project aim (Resume, Jobs listing, search map, recruit experts, job categories, hiring, candidate home)." But in fact, it's not minutes and actually, there are no demos to choose from!! only one there!! and there is no explanation about we need to refer back to the support team (which it will take days) in the case to install the other demos! It should be there all we do is to choose one and import it. I'm sorry I'm not satisfied at all and hope you refund my money back, please.
safa kadhim if you hover on your "home" link you should find 9 Pages to click, dont you? They all come with the one Demo. However under jobs many pages are missing...

To import all our demo, you should check your PHP version and PHP value and make sure that you have used an appropriate value. Please refer to this link: https://nootheme.com/knowledge-base/recommended-php-configuration-limits/
It also a priority condition when you want to install a WordPress theme so please help us to check it again.
About the issue of @safa kadhim, we highly recommend you should give us your website's URL & admin account and FTP account. In case, we will try to check then help you to install our website successfully.

Thanks for the Feedback. We are running many WordPress Sites with no issues. PHP is up to date and Status Page shows all green. Import of demodata works and is not showing an error. However it seems that some pages are missing that I can see in the Demo. Under the Jobs Section Menu I only see "Jobs Indeed", "Jobs CarrerJet" and "Packages". Companies Menu has no sublinks at all.
