Video is not working

1- We have got access to your website then checked the issue of Noo Video Player but this shortcode still worked fine.

When you click to triangle button, your video is still played normally but you added a short video(only 0:16s).

2- You can add a background for video by adding an image to Column Settings. Please see 2 images for more details:

3- Currently, Palazzo theme doesn't support autoplay feature for Video. Therefore, we will discuss with our developer about this then add to our theme in the future.

4- Please go to Noo Testimonial section > Open Row > Choose Parallax option as your desired. Also, see this image: https://prnt.sc/mkcn6x

Because you have added a View Image Preview in Noo Video Player, that's the reason why the background didn't display correctly.

In this case, you can add an image to View Image Preview option to change the background video, it is a way to help you change easily.
