hello, I have just purchased the palazzo theme. however when I tried clicking on the install demo, it doesn't seem to work. plugins and theme have already been uploaded successfully.

It is a challenge for us but please create a new topic then give us your website's URL & admin account and FTP account privately, we will try to help you by using manual import.
However, you should increase the PHP value of your server because it is suitable for some functions of WordPress. In addition, if you buy another theme, you still need to increase your value helping your site which can work better.
